This is game made by putting GTA: Liberty city mod and Vice city together, in effect it's GTA 3 on new engine *The game has:
-gta3 map
-Vice city engine
-Motorbikes and helicopters
-all the graphic improvements from vice city
-Vice city weapons (get them using cheats)
-Everything included, you don't need any original game
-ISO with latest Installshield & Demoshield controls *The game hasn't:
-main gta3 missions (just few subquests)
-higher system requirements then vice city (also runs faster then gta3)
-graphics and audio without some bugs/issues Part 1
